- Regular Orders: After successful payment, we will complete order review, warehouse stock preparation, and logistics waybill generation within 1 - 7 working days.(some order which takes longer time to delivered, our customer service will communicate with you to confirm.)After stock preparation is completed, a packing list and delivery notice will be sent via email.
2. Logistics Methods and Selection Rules
- Default Logistics: Sea Freight
- Scope of Application: All non - urgent orders, especially large - scale equipment and bulk orders (single - ticket weight ≥ 50kg or volume ≥ 0.5m³).
- Advantages: Low freight cost, suitable for carrying heavy agricultural equipment (such as plows, seeders, photovoltaic irrigation systems, etc.).
- Inapplicable Situations: When the order contains fragile parts (such as sensors, electronic control panels) and the customer does not note "Accept sea - freight packaging reinforcement", it will be automatically upgraded to air freight (price difference needs to be supplemented).
- Optional Logistics: Air Freight
- Applicable Scenarios: When the customer notes "Urgent shipment", the order contains fragile parts, or it is a small and light - weight order with single - ticket weight < 50kg (such as small agricultural machinery parts, tool kits).
- Application Method: Check "Air Freight" in the "Logistics Option" when placing an order. The system will automatically calculate the price difference (the air - freight cost is 3 - 5 times that of sea freight, subject to the real - time quotation), and it will take effect after confirmed payment.
3. Shipping Time Explanation
Shipping Time for Sea Freight
Core Coverage Areas (Namibia, Zimbabwe):
Namibia (Walvis Bay Port): 30-50 working days (including customs clearance. After arrival at the port, the local warehouse will arrange door - to - door delivery within 3 - 5 working days).
Zimbabwe (transshipment from Beira Port by land): 30 - 40 working days (including transportation from the port to the inland area. Delivery will be arranged within 1 week after arrival at the port).
Other African Countries: 35 - 50 working days (subject to the customs clearance efficiency of the destination port and local logistics conditions).
Other Regions in the World: 40 - 60 working days (subject to adjustment according to the port policies of the destination country. Delays in customs clearance may lead to extended shipping time).
Shipping Time for Air Freight
All regions: 10 - 15 working days (including customs clearance. An additional 3 - 5 working days are required for remote areas).
Time Explanation
The above - mentioned shipping time is calculated from the time when the logistics provider takes over the goods, excluding the order preparation period, customs inspection in the destination country, and unforeseeable delays such as holidays.
The shipping time of sea freight is greatly affected by shipping routes, port congestion, and seasonal weather (for example, the rainy season in Africa may affect port operations). The actual arrival time will be sent via email in the form of a "Sea Freight Tracking Sheet" (including the ship name and the estimated arrival date at the port) after the goods leave the port. Customers can query in real - time on the official website of the logistics provider with the tracking number.
4. Shipping Notice and Tracking
After the goods are handed over to the logistics provider, we will send a "Shipping Confirmation Letter" via email within 24 hours, including:
Sea / Air waybill number, name of the logistics provider, and tracking link;
Destination port information, estimated arrival time (for sea freight) or estimated delivery time (for air freight);
Documents required for customs clearance (commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin. If the customer is required to assist in providing import qualifications, it will be noted separately).
Customers in Namibia and Zimbabwe: After the goods arrive at the port, the local warehouse will take the initiative to contact the customer to confirm the delivery address and time. Self - collection at the warehouse is supported (reservation is required 2 working days in advance).
5. Logistics Cost Explanation
Freight Calculation: Subject to the amount shown on the order settlement page. It is charged according to the weight, volume of the goods, and the destination country, based on "weight ton" or "measurement ton" (taking the larger value).
Sea Freight Surcharge: If demurrage fees or storage fees occur at the destination port (caused by the customer's failure to clear customs or pick up the goods in a timely manner), the customer shall bear them. We will forward the bill within 3 working days after receiving the notice from the logistics provider.
Air Freight Price Difference: For orders choosing air freight, the price difference between sea freight and air freight needs to be paid at the time of placing the order. If the price difference is not paid, it will be defaulted to sea freight.
6. Force Majeure Explanation
In case of transportation delays caused by force majeure factors such as port strikes, severe weather (such as hurricanes, strong monsoons), and adjustments to international logistics policies, we will inform the customer via email as soon as possible and assist in following up the logistics progress, but we will not bear liability for delay compensation.
If the goods are damaged during transportation due to the operations of the logistics provider, we will assist the customer in claiming compensation from the logistics provider and at the same time provide replacement parts or repair support (quality issues will be handled according to the after - sales policy).
